Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms
Welcome to AutoDrive Export.
By accessing, browsing, registering with, or otherwise using our website, mobile applications, platform, or any of our services (“Services”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted on the site (collectively referred to as “Terms”).
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AutoDrive Export, including our affiliates and agents, governing your use of the platform and any transactions conducted through it. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time; significant revisions will be posted on our site and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services after changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Company Description and Scope of Services
AutoDrive Export is an international vehicle trading and logistics company that sources, verifies, brokers, and exports new and used vehicles to clients, dealerships, and commercial partners around the world.
We provide vehicle sourcing, third-party inspections, document preparation, international shipping coordination (including Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) and container shipments), customs paperwork facilitation, and after-sale support.
Our role is as a seller, broker, and logistics facilitator depending on the listing and contract, with details clearly stated on each invoice and sales agreement. We do not guarantee local registration, duty exemptions, or local compliance beyond the export process unless an express written agreement states otherwise.
3. Eligibility, Account Registration, and User Responsibility
To create an AutoDrive Export account you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts, provide accurate and complete information during registration, and promptly update any changes to your contact or payment details.
- Accounts found to contain fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading information may be suspended or terminated without notice.
- Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account credentials and must protect those credentials with appropriate care.
- Businesses and professionals using bulk or commercial services must provide valid company registration documentation and an authorized representative’s identity as required by our Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-fraud procedures.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where account verification fails or where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or sanction risk.
4. Vehicle Listings, Representation, and Inspection Standards
Every vehicle listing on our platform includes a detailed description, high-resolution images, disclosed inspection reports where available, known history, and any material defects observed at the time of listing.
- We source vehicles from verified sellers, dealers, and auctions and require clear ownership documentation for each unit offered.
- Vehicles are inspected by certified third-party inspectors or by our in-house technical team, and inspection reports are attached to the sale documentation to provide transparency about mechanical condition, mileage verification, and visible damage.
- Buyers acknowledge that used vehicles exhibit reasonable wear and that photos may not capture every minor blemish.
- Any material discrepancy from the inspection or the sales contract must be reported according to our claims process.
5. Order Confirmation, Title Transfer, and Risk Allocation
An order becomes final only when payment has been received and all mandatory export documentation has been prepared and confirmed.
- Title transfer and legal ownership transfer occur in accordance with the written sales agreement and the export documentation.
- Unless otherwise stated, ownership transfers at the point specified in the invoice, commonly upon dispatch from our facility or upon loading onto the carrier.
- Risk of loss or damage transitions as described in the sales contract and shipping terms (e.g., on loading for RoRo or when the container is sealed).
- Buyers are responsible for local import duties, taxes, inspection, and registration in the destination country. We strongly encourage buyers to verify local import rules before purchase.
6. Payments, Accepted Payment Methods, and Financial Security
AutoDrive Export accepts payments through secure, verifiable channels only. Accepted methods include bank wire transfers, irrevocable letters of credit when agreed upon in writing, and trusted escrow or payment service providers for consumer transactions.
- We will not proceed with shipment until cleared funds or bank confirmation has been received.
- Fees, bank charges, and exchange costs associated with payment transfers are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- For security, all payment processing follows bank-grade encryption and internal controls.
- AutoDrive Export will not be responsible for funds sent to third-party accounts not previously authorized in writing.
7. Shipping, Insurance, and Delivery
We coordinate international shipment using reputable carriers and established shipping methods.
- Shipping timelines are estimates only, as they depend on origin/destination ports, carrier schedules, customs clearance, and any force majeure events.
- All shipments are offered with marine cargo insurance options, and we recommend comprehensive coverage for the full value of the vehicle to protect against loss, damage, or theft while in transit.
- Claims for transit damage must be made within the time limits imposed by the carrier and insurer and supported by documentation (e.g., surveyor’s report, photographs, and the original bill of lading).
8. Inspection upon Receipt, Claims, and Return Policy
Buyers must inspect vehicles immediately upon arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and the inspection report.
- For material discrepancies between the documented condition and the delivered vehicle, buyers must notify AutoDrive Export in writing within seven business days with photographic evidence and supporting documents.
- Where the claim is validated, we will pursue remediation that accords with the remedy clauses in the sales contract (which may include repair, partial refund, return, or negotiated settlement).
- Cancellations and refunds are handled per the sales agreement and this policy. Cancellations after shipment will typically incur administrative costs and carrier charges which may be deducted from any refund.
9. Customs, Duties, Import Compliance, and Local Regulations
Import clearance, payment of duties, taxes, and local compliance are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Import rules vary significantly by country, and compliance failures may result in fines, seizure, or return of the vehicle at the buyer’s expense. Buyers must confirm import eligibility before purchase.
- AutoDrive Export will provide standard export documentation (including title/deregistration, bill of lading, commercial invoice, etc.) to assist with customs clearance but cannot guarantee local acceptance or waiver of duties.
10. Privacy, Data Protection, and GDPR Considerations
AutoDrive Export handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- We collect, store, and process information necessary to perform transactions, conduct KYC checks, and improve our Services.
- Where applicable, we comply with GDPR requirements relating to transparency, lawful basis for processing, data minimization, and data subject rights (including access, correction, and deletion).

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from the use of our Services or from reliance on information published on our website.
- Our aggregate liability for proven direct losses arising from a transaction shall not exceed the price paid for the vehicle in question, except where prohibited by law.
13. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations and, if unresolved, may proceed to mediation.
- If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing law specified in the sales contract or on our site (typically the law of the jurisdiction where AutoDrive Export is legally registered), and may be subject to arbitration to facilitate efficient resolution.
- Where jurisdictional or consumer protection laws require a different forum, those laws will apply.
14. Sanctions, Export Controls, and Compliance Obligations
We comply with all applicable sanctions, embargoes, and export controls.
- AutoDrive Export will not facilitate transactions with prohibited persons, entities, or jurisdictions, and reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that raise compliance concerns.
- Buyers and sellers must not use our Services to evade export restrictions and must provide full cooperation for due diligence, screening, and documentation requests.
15. Amendments, Severability, and Entire Agreement
AutoDrive Export reserves the right to amend these Terms and Policies at any time. The latest version posted on our website is authoritative.
- Where a court finds any provision unenforceable, that provision may be revised to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties’ intent. The remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any service-specific agreements constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior understandings or agreements.
